Every workspace referred through your link or code, allocated to you, or set up on a client's behalf shows up here — the product and plan they're on, their status, when the relationship started, and where it came from. What you may see of their actual contact details depends on how they reached you.
Three states, and what each one lets you do
- Masked — a customer who came through a link or a typed code and has not agreed to share their contact. You see initials, never a name, email or phone. The only action offered is "Message via Finocket": pick an approved template and a channel, and Finocket delivers it without ever handing you their address.
- Shared — the same customer, once they agree (from their own Settings → Your partner screen). Their real name, email and phone appear, and mail, call, WhatsApp and copy actions open them directly.
- Partner-supplied or reseller-of-record — a workspace you set up yourself (Customers → the wizard), or one an admin allocated to you with a reason. You already know this contact — you typed it in, or you are on record for it — so it is never masked in the first place.
Every reveal is recorded
Tapping mail, call, WhatsApp or copy on a shared contact is logged before the value is shown — not after. A customer who withdraws consent stops you seeing it from that moment on; anything you already copied elsewhere is covered by your partner agreement, not by Finocket's systems.
Your client roster: who needs a call today
The same list is your firm's book of customers. Each row shows when the customer signed up, when they last logged in, whether they finished onboarding (and have a GSTIN on file), the date of their first invoice, their plan or trial, and who on your team looks after them. Where a fact could not be checked, the row says so rather than leaving it blank - a blank would read as "all is fine".
Needs attention, at the top, lists every customer who needs a follow-up, most urgent first, with the team member assigned to them:
- a payment is overdue, or the plan or trial has expired;
- the trial ends within 7 days;
- no login for 14 days or more;
- signed up but never finished onboarding;
- no invoice yet, 7 days after signing up.
Search, and My customers
Search by business name, or by the email you typed in for a workspace you set up yourself. Search only looks at what you can already see: a masked customer shows as initials, so typing their real name finds nothing - that would reveal who they are. My customers shows only the customers assigned to you.
Splitting the book across your team
Open a customer and choose a colleague under Assigned to - or Unassigned. Only the firm's owner or an admin can change an assignment; every other member sees the whole roster and who looks after whom, but cannot reassign. If a colleague leaves the team, their customers show as theirs with "left the team" until someone reassigns them.
If you already manage their books
A CA or accountant seat on a client's own workspace already gives you their real contact through the books themselves — this screen never pretends otherwise. Those rows carry an "Open workspace" action alongside whatever else applies, taking you straight into that client's own books.
