The first time, the dashboard shows an "Install Finocket on your home screen" card — tap Install.

How do I install on iPhone (Safari)?

Safari has no one-tap install button, but the flow is still simple:

Open Finocket in Safari (Safari is required on iOS — not Chrome).
Tap the Share button (square with an arrow, bottom toolbar).
Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
Confirm the name and tap Add. Finocket appears as an app icon.

How do I install on desktop (Chrome / Edge)?

Click the install icon in the address bar (a small monitor with a down arrow). Finocket launches as a standalone window without browser chrome — a dedicated books window.

If you fully lose connection on a page that isn't cached, Finocket shows a friendly offline page and reloads automatically the moment your connection returns.

How do I uninstall?

Long-press the Finocket icon → Uninstall (Android) or Remove (iOS / desktop). Your data stays safe on Finocket's servers — sign in from any browser to pick up where you left off.

Does Finocket really work without internet?

Yes, for day-to-day work. Recently visited screens and data are cached on your device, and entries you make offline are queued and synced when connectivity returns. Some actions that need the server — like connecting integrations or sending email — wait until you're back online.

Why can't I find the Install button on my iPhone?

iOS only allows installation from Safari, and Apple provides no install button — it's Share → Add to Home Screen. If you're in Chrome or another browser on iPhone, open the same address in Safari first, then follow the Share-menu steps.

Will installing use a lot of storage?

No. Finocket installs as a lightweight web app measured in megabytes, not the hundreds that typical store apps take. Your books live on the server, with only recent data cached locally for speed and offline use.

If I uninstall, do I lose my data?

No. Uninstalling removes only the icon and the local cache. Every client, invoice and payment stays on Finocket's servers under your account — sign in again from any browser or device and everything is there.

How do I update the app?

You don't have to do anything. As a web app, Finocket updates itself: the next time you open it online, the new version loads automatically. No store visits, no update prompts, no versions to manage.
