India, Australia & the US
Three tax systems in one platform: India GST/TDS (live), Australia Tax Invoices with ABN, GST-free lines and PayID/BSB + Spam Act (early access), and US named sales-tax rates you define + CAN-SPAM/TCPA/CCPA + 1099 (early access).
Finocket supports three tax systems. India is live today; Australia and the United States are in early access — the engines are built; sign up and pick your region under Profile → Business details.
🇮🇳 India — live
- GST: GSTIN per client, CGST / SGST / IGST from place of supply.
- Credit notes with CDNR / CDNUR; GSTR-1 ZIP and GSTR-3B.
- TDS on customer payments across every standard section, reconciled to Form 26AS.
- Partner statements annotate India TDS-194H.
🇦🇺 Australia — early access
- Invoices render as a proper Tax Invoice with your ABN, flat 10% GST with GST-free lines where they apply, and a “Total includes GST” line.
- A PayID / BSB + account payment block on every invoice, and AUD as the default currency.
- GST handling and ABN capture (with the GST-registered flag).
- Spam Act & Privacy Act-aware outreach: consent, sender identity, one-click unsubscribe.
- Partner statements carry ABN + GST so your accountant can produce an RCTI.
🇺🇸 United States — early access
- Named sales-tax rates you define — e.g. “NY State 4%” — applied per invoice and snapshotted on it, so old totals never drift when you edit a rate. These are rates you set up yourself; Finocket does not look up or calculate US sales-tax rates for you — confirm the right rate with your accountant.
- Payment-terms presets with a nudge toward net-7, and USD as the default currency (FX rate locked per invoice).
- CAN-SPAM email and TCPA SMS consent machinery, and CCPA / CPRA do-not-sell.
- Partner statements carry each partner's US tax ID and annual totals so your accountant can file 1099s.
How the rules apply
Legal thresholds and quiet-hours are stored as data, not hard-coded, so they can be tuned per region. The pre-send compliance banner names your country's law, and outreach is resolved against the right jurisdiction rules automatically.
